Terms


GENERAL PROVISIONS
  1. The regulations apply to the use of the Tablica classifieds service.
  2. Tablica is not responsible for the content and photos placed in ads or for transactions made between users of the service.
  3. Tablica reserves the right to delete/block ads without providing a reason.
  4. Tablica assumes no responsibility for:
    1. the quality, safety, or legality of goods or services sold through the ad
    2. the truthfulness and reliability of their descriptions
    3. the ability of persons posting ads to sell them
    4. the solvency of users submitting purchase offers
    The classifieds service Tablica attempts to verify information regarding goods and takes necessary actions to eliminate illegal or rule-breaking activities.
  5. Tablica, its representatives, and employees are not responsible for any transactions made through the Tablica classifieds service (including any claims related to goods and services sold in ads, including issues related to discrepancies between the goods and their descriptions or price offers).
  6. Tablica reserves the right to suspend/block/remove the account/ad of a user who violates any of the provisions of this regulation, especially:
    1. posting spam
    2. advertising competing classifieds services
    3. using commonly recognized vulgar words
  7. Tablica reserves the right to suspend the account of a user whose actions are considered harmful to the Tablica service.
  8. The user of the Tablica service agrees to place any type of ads, advertisements, and information about products and services of entities cooperating with the owners of the Tablica service anywhere on the site.
USER
  1. The user of the service agrees to comply with these regulations.
  2. Users of the service agree to provide truthful contact details used in the ad.
  3. In case of blocking or removal of the ad/account, the user loses all claims resulting from the above-mentioned actions.
  4. The user agrees to post only ads that are in compliance with the law and social norms, and particularly those concerning goods and services that are legally allowed for trade by law and these regulations.
  5. Actions that may hinder or destabilize the functioning of the service are not allowed. If it is found that a user is engaging in such activities, their account will be immediately blocked. In this case, Tablica will also take any legal actions related to repairing the damage caused. The actions of a user attempting to destabilize the service may also be considered a criminal offense under criminal law.
  6. The user should ensure that their offers are not made recklessly, mistakenly, or without familiarizing themselves with and understanding the rules of the service. The user also agrees to place their offer in accordance with these regulations and the law.
  7. Tablica processes user data, including IP number, as required by applicable laws. By submitting an ad, the user agrees to provide their email address and data enabling identification (IP, host, cookie) to authorized authorities (Tablica).
  8. The user should ensure that the headings of the ads are related to the content of the ad and avoid unnecessary punctuation marks. The content of the ad should not be entered entirely in capital letters.
  9. Registration on the Tablica service is completely free and implies the statement I consent to the processing and use of my personal data entered into the forms available on the service's website for marketing purposes and their inclusion in the service's database, as well as I consent to receiving commercial information from the Service under the Act of July 18, 2002, on providing electronic services.
RULES FOR POSTING ADS
  1. Ads must be assigned to the appropriate category, in accordance with the content of the ad.
  2. Posting standard ads on Tablica is free. It is possible to add a featured (non-standard) ad, and the cost of such an ad will be specified and available when posting the ad.
  3. Users are prohibited from posting ads whose:
    1. content does not match the selected category;
    2. content is inconsistent with legal-ethical standards and social norms in force in Poland and the UK;
    3. content encourages the use/purchase/trade of items/services prohibited by law;
    4. content violates aesthetics and good taste (this also applies to names used in email addresses, website names, and images attached to ads);
    5. content is inconsistent with generally applicable legal regulations;
    6. the ad has been posted multiple times in the same or different categories (even with slight changes to the text in different ads);
    7. the ad offers jobs as: clicking ads or links / receiving advertising emails / filling out surveys online / signing up for affiliate programs with links or reference numbers;
    8. the ad offers jobs as: model/dancer/statistician, containing only an email address;
    9. content offends, comments on services/companies/individuals;
    10. content advertises other competitive classifieds services or intermediary websites for selling services, etc.;
    11. content offers sponsorship, paid sexual services;
    12. the ad contains repeated sequences of symbols and digits;
    13. the ad encourages taking a job at a company/organization but does not include contact information that allows identifying the company (i.e., the full name of the company, the name of the person posting the ad, the company’s address);
    14. content explicitly proposes (or suggests in any way) renting a room/property in exchange for sexual services;
  4. If any of the above points of the regulations are violated, the service Tablica reserves the right to block the user's account and added ads. In the case of blocking paid ads, the user waives any claims related to the payment made.
  5. If an ad violates the regulations, it will be blocked. If ads violating the regulations continue to be posted on the account, Tablica has the right to block the account without informing the user.
USER PROFILE COMPLETION RULES
  1. The user profile is created so that the user of the Tablica service can create their page on the Internet in an attractive way.
  2. Adding and completing the user profile in Tablica is free.
  3. Users are prohibited from posting content in their profile that:
    1. is inconsistent with legal-ethical standards and social norms in force in the UK and Poland;
    2. encourages the use/purchase/trade of items or services prohibited by law;
    3. violates aesthetics and good taste (this also applies to names used in email addresses, website names, etc.);
    4. is vulgar, offensive, contains pornographic content, and is generally considered unethical;
    5. is inconsistent with generally applicable legal regulations;
    6. offends or comments on services/companies/individuals with the intention of discouraging others from them or creating a bad image in the eyes of other users;
    7. advertises other competing classified services or intermediary websites for selling services, etc.;
    8. contains repeated sequences of symbols and digits, which may disrupt the proper functioning of the Tablica service;
  4. If any of the above points of the regulations are violated, the service Tablica reserves the right to change or delete the user’s profile without providing a reason. The service also reserves the right to block the user’s account and posted ads. In the case of account blocking, which is equivalent to deleting the ads (including paid ones), the user waives any claims related to the payment made.
  5. If the content of the user's profile violates the regulations, it will be deleted. If entries violating the regulations continue to be posted on the account, the service Tablica has the right to block the account without informing the user.
FINAL PROVISIONS
  1. Tablica reserves the right to change the content of these regulations. If changes are made to the regulations, the Administrator will inform the users promptly by publishing the updated version of the regulations on the service’s website.
  2. Tablica reserves the right to permanently block the account of a user who violates the provisions of the regulations. In case of blocking, all ads posted from that account will also be blocked. Tablica will not refund the costs of highlighting the ads.
  3. The regulations come into effect on the day they are published on the Tablica website.
